Once I sent the contact form, Fariz immediately sent me an email stating that he acknowledged my information and provided a link to an intake form. Following the intake form completion, Fariz sent an email with a link to download the intake form submission before the 1-week link expiration. The next email was from the Office Admin Manager providing me a calendar link to grab available time on my schedule to meet for a discovery call. Then I received reminder emails about the upcoming call. When I had questions before the call, Fariz and Mary were immediately responding with answers. This firm has extremely friendly, welcoming, polite, provides real easy help for users (calendar, downloads, answers) immediately, and was extremely friendly/professional on the call.
