A background in trial advocacy

Before founding the firm, Fariz worked as a 711-licensed law clerk in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, before joining a boutique trial litigation firm. His background also includes teaching trial-advocacy at the Chicago-Kent College of Law and coaching its trial team.

Professional connections

Fariz’s professional background includes involvement with the Illinois State Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, Muslim Bar Association, Will County Bar Association and Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. He is proud to serve as a founding member of the Privacy and Information Security Committee and Artificial Intelligence and the Practice of Law Committee in the ISBA. His background combines legal practice with an interest in teaching advocacy and staying connected to the professional community.
