Residential & Commercial Real Estate

When buying and selling a home, you may encounter situations that could cause a dispute or delay in the process. A home is often the single largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime; working with law firms that have extensive experience in real estate can help prevent many problems that might otherwise arise during even the most routine real estate sale.

For Active Disputes ($150K+ at stake):
Partnership broke up over a development deal? Commission dispute with a former agent? Client claiming you misrepresented a property? We litigate real estate partnership dissolutions, commission fights, and contract breaches for investor groups and brokerages. We don’t handle residential closings or landlord-tenant evictions—that keeps us focused on the complex stuff.

For Ongoing Contract Work:
If you’re a brokerage, property management firm, or investment group tired of reviewing purchase agreements, listing contracts, and IC agreements one-off, our Outside GC plan at $1,500/month gives you unlimited contract reviews, commission dispute prevention, and strategic guidance. No surprise bills.
Why Us?

Here’s What Actually Matters

You’ve worked with lawyers before. The ones who bill you for a 15-minute call and send a 20-page memo when you just needed a straight answer.
That’s not us.
We’re specialists. Business disputes for family owned businesses, healthcare & manufacturing ($150K+ cases). Or flat-fee outside counsel for Main Street businesses. That’s it. No “we’ll figure it out as we go.”
The bill matches the work. Hourly for litigation (unpredictable). Flat-fee at $1,500/mo for GC (shouldn’t be unpredictable). You know before we start.

We care what you care about: Keeping you out of court. GC clients get proactive contracts. Litigation clients get efficient dispute resolution.
